What should I wear to a session?
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is best. For bodywork sessions, you will be draped appropriately.
How long is a session?
All treatments are 90 minutes long.
How do I know which treatment to book?

What if I need to cancel?
Please provide 24 hours notice. If something changes, Regina will do her best to help you reschedule.
